Brand Guidelines

Use these guidelines to keep Plex Scale branding clear, consistent, and professional across all platforms.

Overview

Welcome to the Plex Scale Brand Guidelines. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that our brand is represented consistently and professionally across all internal and external communications.

A strong, unified brand identity builds trust with our enterprise clients and reinforces our position as a premium cloud hosting provider. Whether you are creating a marketing campaign, designing a new interface, or representing us at an event, please adhere to the standards outlined here.

Logo Usage

Our logo is the primary visual representation of Plex Scale. It must be treated with respect and used correctly to maintain its impact.

  • Clear Space: Always maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "M" in the wordmark.
  • Backgrounds: The logo should primarily be used on our official dark obsidian backgrounds. If a light background is absolutely necessary, use the authorized dark variant of the logo.
  • Modifications: Do not stretch, skew, rotate, or apply unauthorized drop shadows or gradients to the logo.
  • Sizing: Never reproduce the logo smaller than 100px in width to ensure perfect legibility.

Color Palette

Our color palette is rooted in a dark, premium aesthetic (Obsidian Cyberpunk). It utilizes deep darks paired with vibrant, glowing accents to create a high-tech feel.

Typography

Our typography is clean, modern, and highly legible, reflecting our focus on precision and performance.

  • Primary Display Font (Headings): Used for large hero titles and section headers. Use heavy weights (700-900) with tight letter spacing for maximum impact.
  • Body Font (Content): Used for paragraphs, descriptions, and UI elements. Stick to regular or medium weights (400-500) with a comfortable line height (1.6 - 1.8) for readability.
  • Monospace Font (Code/Data): Used for IP addresses, latency figures, code snippets, and terminal UI elements.

Marketing Use

When creating promotional content, social media posts, or presentations, the brand voice should be confident, technical, and direct.

Avoid excessive jargon unless communicating to a highly technical audience. Use our glassmorphic design language for graphic overlays, maintaining the signature dark theme and neon glow effects. Ensure that all external assets are approved by the Brand Team before publication.

Commercial Use

Plex Scale brand assets, including the logo, name, and proprietary designs, may not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Third parties, partners, and affiliates must obtain explicit written consent before incorporating our brand into their products, services, or paid advertising campaigns. This ensures that our brand reputation remains pristine and is not associated with unauthorized entities.

Appearance

Visual consistency is paramount. The Plex Scale aesthetic is defined by its premium, enterprise-grade look.

  • Always default to the dark theme across all digital properties.
  • Use glassmorphism selectively to create depth, utilizing semi-transparent backgrounds with subtle backdrop blurs.
  • Avoid loud, noisy, or playful design elements. The tone should remain serious, technical, and cutting-edge.
  • Do not introduce random or unapproved accent colors into the UI.
