Plex Scale employs advanced monitoring systems to maintain the integrity of our network. However, we maintain strict boundaries regarding your privacy.

The information we collect is utilized exclusively to operate our platform. We use your data to:

• Maintain, provision, and improve your hosting services.
• Process transactions and send critical billing notifications.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Ensure overall platform stability and deploy necessary network routing adjustments.

Your trust is fundamental to our business model. We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your user data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Data is only shared externally when absolutely necessary, such as:

• During active security investigations involving severe network abuse or fraud.

To provide enterprise-grade hosting, we partner with specialized third-party vendors. These include:

• Payment Gateways: Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (www.cashfree.com), our RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator, who securely processes your financial transactions.
• Infrastructure Partners: Upstream Tier-1 transit providers and specialized DDoS scrubbing centers.

Note: Third-party services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required to facilitate these integrations.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

• System logs and diagnostic data are stored temporarily for security auditing purposes.
• When you delete your account, some data may remain in secure, encrypted backups for a limited time before being permanently purged.
• Financial transaction records are retained for extended periods to comply with tax and accounting regulations.

While we secure the hardware and network, you are responsible for the security of your specific hosting environment.

• Users are entirely responsible for their servers, application configurations, and access credentials.
• You must perform your own independent backups of mission-critical data.
• Plex Scale (Plex Scale) is not liable for data loss resulting from user error, compromised passwords, or unpatched software vulnerabilities within your instance.

Our refund policy is structured to be fair while preventing platform abuse:

• Refunds may be requested and processed within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
• A valid technical or service-related reason must be provided to our support team.

No refunds will be granted if:

• Network or resource abuse occurred on the service.
• There was any violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• The 24-hour grace period has been exceeded.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that threaten our network, our users, or the public internet.

We use Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (www.cashfree.com), a RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator registered in Bengaluru, India, to process all payments on our platform.

When you make a payment, the following data is shared with Cashfree solely for payment processing purposes:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Transaction amount
• UPI ID / Card details (processed directly by Cashfree, not stored by us)

Cashfree processes this data in India in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
